Thrive is a residential program for young adults who are ready to go deeper — in faith, in self-knowledge, in purpose. You’ll live and work at Highlands Camp and Retreat Center, tucked into the stunning Colorado Rockies, as part of a tight-knit community of four participants exploring what it means to follow Jesus in a real, embodied, everyday way — for 18 weeks that could shape a lifetime.

Join us for an experiential retreat led by Cami Twilling, Director of Earth & Soul, and based on the teachings of John Philip Newell in which we explore the thresholds we are in the midst of today — as a world, as nations and religious traditions, and as individuals.

Overlooking the Meeker Valley, Highlands Camp & Retreat Center is located on 293 acres of forest, aspen groves, meadows, mountain stream, and granite rock outcrops. Highlands is a peaceful escape surrounded by stunning natural beauty.

The retreat center can accommodate 220 overnight guests and has three conference/ dining rooms that can be tailored to fit your group’s needs. The room’s vaulted windows frame the breathtaking views and offer a tranquil meeting space.

If a more rustic stay is what you’re seeking, Highlands offers 11 cabins of various sizes with dormitory sleeping arrangements.

Our secluded location offers the perfect opportunity to unwind, reconnect with nature, and rejuvenate your mind and body. Enjoy activities like hiking, archery, disk golf, meditation, campfires, and stargazing, all while taking in the majestic scenery of the Rocky Mountains.
