At Highlands Camp, we proudly practice and uphold five core values: Belonging, Curiosity, Play, Adventure,…

Connecting with Nature at Camp
Summer Camp Registration is Open!
This summer at Highlands Camp, we’re emphasizing connection with nature.
Young people’s lives have become increasingly structured, screen-based, and disconnected from the natural world. We believe in the power of disconnecting from technology and connecting with nature. Summer camp is a place to interact with peers face-to-face, rather than screen-to-screen. Real-life human interactions are invaluable, and we know that there are few opportunities in a modern young person’s life to leave the phones behind, gather with a large group of peers, and play outside.
The magic of summer camp lies in the little moments, the unstructured times, where campers have the opportunity to build relationships with nature and each other. Summer camp shows what’s possible when we reconnect, get outside, and fall back in love with the world.
The purpose of Highlands Camp is to inspire the next generation of thinkers, doers, dreamers, believers, and difference makers by fostering a sense of belonging, curiosity, adventure, and connection with nature through a safe and fun camp experience.
