Host your event in our meeting space at Highlands!
We have three, generously sized meeting spaces in the Retreat Center. Each meeting room has a cathedral ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows that admit magnificent mountain views, access to the spacious deck. and a large gas-lit fireplace. Each of the Retreat Center guest rooms contains a sitting area with table and chairs for very small meetings.
We also have 3 amphitheaters for the meetings you’d like to hold in the embrace of nature.
Several of the larger cabins have a sitting area that can accommodate smaller gatherings.

Retreat Center Lodge Meeting/Dining Rooms
The Retreat Center Lodge has a large meeting space that can accommodate up to 240 guests. This space can be used as one large event space or partitioned into three separate meeting rooms for smaller group events; each room holds about 80 guests. The three separated meeting rooms are named Aspen, Willow, and Hidden Room.
Retreat Center Lodge Lobby
Our lobby in the Retreat Center Lodge is an excellent place for guests to meet. It is an open space with three couches, two separate two-tops, and a large table. Sit and enjoy your morning coffee, or use the large table to organize a task. Enjoy the cozy fireplace and views of Mt. Meeker.
The Gathering Place
The Gathering Place is the perfect meeting space for guests staying in the cabins. This large multi-purpose room can accommodate about 150 people and be used for many activities. It has a large open space that can be set up with chairs or tables or left open. There is an AV system and screens for projecting. This building is located near the games building in the summer cabin area and is just a short walk to the Retreat Center Lodge.

We have many areas for groups to gather outside when the weather is suitable.
